Injection Molded SmCo Magnets

After blended Sm2Co17 or SmCo5 alloy powder with resins(PA12,PPS), addtivities and etc, the magnet produced with the mothod of injection molded is SmCo magnets. Injection molded SmCo magnet has stronger magnetic force than injection Ferrite and better heat-resistance and oxygen resistance than injection NdFeB magnets. It is specially applied for car, photostat and etc precision machines.Many magnetic instruments which need the environment of high temperatrue and high humidity all must use this materials.
